• Led end-to-end UX/UI for a new Contractor Management platform — defined core workflows, data structures, and two role-based workspaces; moved product to final development stage while shaping direction with stakeholders.
• Built and maintained a design system (Flowbite/Tailwind) adopted across web, mobile, and external products, improving consistency and shortening delivery cycles.
• Redesigned registration and onboarding for Web + Mobile — simplified the experience by reducing steps and added EU/US tax-compliance for global onboarding.
• Delivered an MVP of an AI-assisted sourcing tool — shaped concept with PMs/engineers, enabled gig-page creation and automated candidate pre-screening.
• Hired and supported a small design team, ran design reviews, and aligned design direction across products.
